Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

  1. Go to discore.nl/account
  2. Log in with your email address. You will receive a one-time code by email (no password required)
  3. Go to Orders and click on the order you want to return
  4. Click on "Return item"
  5. Select the items and state the reason
  6. Submit the request and we will process it as quickly as possible

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then assess the problem and resolve it for you.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as dirty, worn, or washed clothing and items without tags.

You can return sale items within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. After those 14 days, sale items can no longer be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
During the return process, you will have the option to exchange the products. If the product is too small or you would prefer it in a different color, this is possible.


Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without stating a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
