This is the privacy statement of Discore (hereinafter: Discore), registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 98393588. This document explains how Discore handles the processing of your personal data. Discore exercises the utmost care in processing your personal data.

Obtaining personal data:

If you use Discore's services, you provide certain personal data to Discore yourself, or personal data about you is obtained within the framework of the agreement. Personal data means all data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Discore processes the following categories of personal data:

• Personal, Contact, and Name & Address details, including date of birth, location data, phone number, email address;
• Company data, including VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number;
• Alternative delivery address;
• Financial data, including transaction data;
• Account data, including your password and username;
• Other personal data provided by you;
• Data provided by third parties.

Purpose of processing

The personal data processed by Discore are intended to:

• contact you to inform you about the services you have purchased and their execution;
• be able to perform its services;
• improve its services;
• make payments;
• comply with legal obligations;
• carry out marketing and communication expressions, including improving the website by analyzing visitor behavior on the website;

• make personalized offers;

• The Payment Provider, for the purpose of executing an agreement. The categories of personal data processed are financial data.
• The Accountant, for the purpose of executing an agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and name & address details and financial data.
• Software suppliers, for the purpose of executing the agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and name & address details.
• Website administrator, for the purpose of executing the agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and name & address details.
• Engaged third parties, for the purpose of executing the agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and name & address details.

Security of Personal Data

Discore takes the protection of your personal data seriously and, with due regard for the state of the art, implementation costs, as well as the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, and the varying risks for the rights and freedoms of individuals in terms of probability and severity, takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

Under 16 years old?

If you are a minor, i.e., younger than 16 years old, you may only give consent for the processing of your personal data with the permission of one of your parents or legal guardian. It is important that your parent(s) or guardian reads this statement. A data subject can also instruct Discore to transmit this data directly to a third party.
• Right to object;
  The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her, including profiling based on those provisions. Discore shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, freedoms and rights of the data subject related to the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Complaint

If you have a complaint about how Discore handles your personal data, or wish to exercise one of the above rights, you can contact us via the website or by e-mail at info@discore.nl. To ensure that you wish to exercise a right, Discore asks you to send a copy of your identity document. You can black out your passport photo and MRZ (strip with numbers at the bottom) for the protection of your privacy. Discore will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 weeks. You can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
